By accessing or using PhishBud, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
Service description
PhishBud is an open-source threat intelligence platform providing blocklists against phishing targeting French organizations. These feeds are available for free (community edition) and updated daily. A premium edition with advanced features is also available.
Permitted use
You are permitted to use, download, and integrate PhishBud feeds into your security tools for legitimate threat protection purposes. Any commercial use, resale of feeds, redistribution without attribution, or use for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of liability
The PhishBud service is provided "as is", without any kind of warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability of the feeds. Under no circumstances shall PhishBud be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, of any nature, arising from the use or inability to use the service. This includes, without limitation, data loss, business interruption, or security incidents, even if feeds have been integrated.
Intellectual property
Community feeds (malicious domain lists) are provided under an open license. The PhishBud platform source code is protected by copyright and is not open-source. Any unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of the code is prohibited.
Premium feed usage
Premium features are subject to specific terms defined in the applicable service agreement. Unauthorized access to premium endpoints, bypassing authentication mechanisms, or sharing API keys beyond permitted limits constitutes a violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
False positive reporting
If you believe a domain has been mistakenly flagged as malicious, please report it to us by email. We will review your report and, if applicable, remove the domain from our feeds as soon as possible.
